Appointments:

Please call to schedule your appointment. For new appointments, please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.

Cancellations:

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation of treatments. A charge of the scheduled service(s) will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and for missed appointments. The maximum amount charged is $50. A credit card may be requested to hold appointments over half an hour. As a consideration to our clients who may be able to utilize your appointment time, please notify us promptly of a conflict.

Late Arrivals:

To ensure that your treatment begins at the scheduled time, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services will remain the same.

Consultations:

All consultations are complimentary. However, there is a $25 fee for missed appointments and/or for appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead of time. A credit card may be requested to hold your appointment.
